So last feb i had a major accident although i am better now i was left with life long problems i have limited use of my right arm and hand i cant grip or lift with that arm anymore!
i do also have weakness/limp in my left leg
At first i was just greatful to be alive but now i am better and i have gained 30lb from not exerciseing i decided enough was enough and want to get into shape ok i never was in shape before but i was not as unfit as i am now!!
So i just wanted to ask is there anyone else with maybe limited/no use in one arm that has got fit again and if so any exercise tips please!?
