Hey I am currently 17 years old, 5'10, 170 ish and I am looking to put on some muscle after not lifting for about 2 years due to sports that I recently quit. When I used to workout I really only used creatine but now I am thinking about doing creatine and BCAA's before workout, some creatine, bcaa's, and whey after workout, casein before I go to sleep and a multivitamin. Any suggestions to add anything? I don't like preworkouts like c4 and melthy pump because of heart surgery in the past but anything is up for suggestions!

when i was a teen everything i ate was limited to what my parents cooked so tracking and hitting macros accurately would have been damn near impossible. if anything, i'd suggest a whey powder just to make sure you get enough protein inWe're All Gonna Make It
