Building a teen supplement stack Help!

Hey I am currently 17 years old, 5'10, 170 ish and I am looking to put on some muscle after not lifting for about 2 years due to sports that I recently quit. When I used to workout I really only used creatine but now I am thinking about doing creatine and BCAA's before workout, some creatine, bcaa's, and whey after workout, casein before I go to sleep and a multivitamin. Any suggestions to add anything? I don't like preworkouts like c4 and melthy pump because of heart surgery in the past but anything is up for suggestions!

at your age your natural test level is through the roof. thats as optimal as its going to get

when i was a teen everything i ate was limited to what my parents cooked so tracking and hitting macros accurately would have been damn near impossible. if anything, i'd suggest a whey powder just to make sure you get enough protein in
