Can you take assault and a creatine mono at the same time? im looking to get a creatine but assault already has it in it. also what are some good creatine mono products? i heard ones that has creapure are the best

yes, you can take them both together. Just make sure you get 3-5 grams daily. Allmax makes a great creatine. 200 day suppply for cheap.

You can take a Creatine Monohydrate with the Assault, It already has a few forms of creatine in it, but does not say an amount of each type in it. It only has a "Proprietary Blend". A good Creatine that I would recommend would be either con-crete, or Beast-Creature. I would absolutely choose the creature over con-crete though. Everybody reacts different to products, so what you may want to do is go to a local vitamin shoppe and ask for samples to test them out before you decide to make a purchase.

But the thing is we don't know how much he's taking, for all we know he could be doing only half a scoop. Because honestly if he's using a full scoop each time that's just a waste of money but that's just me.
