My girlfriend asked if I could ask the women of BB.com for her.
She has tried Oxyelite Pro but as some have she doesnt like the jittery feeling it gives you.
I dont think she minds it too much but I have came across some that think OEP is a bit too rough.
Any suggestions?

The problem with stimulants, is you have no idea how they will affect you. What may make a 200 pound man sick and jittery, may be just fine for a 110 pound woman. Often times, these supplements don't list what is actually in them or the quantities, so it really is a guessing game.
I would suggest she purchase small bottles, or see if samples are available (some health stores may do this).

I've had a lot of experience with thermogencis. Here are a few I have tried and my results:
1.) Atro-phex (has thermogenic qualities) - I noticed a change in mood for the better, didn't see huge results, only felt mildly jittery. My body became very tolerated to it which became quite expensive to supplement with.
2.)Lipo 6 - love this product, huge results, I cut quicketr than ever. Felt most jittery with this product but after a few days my body adjusted
3.) Thermogenix - loved it, I'd say in between Atro and Lipo as far as results go. I didnt feel jittery and I had results but they were slower. a reasonably priced product as well.
I've tried a few off the shelf items also and I would recommend one of the above however. Much more safe.L.A. (Lauren Allen)

I can't really tell you much about thermos that will work but I can tell you to stay away from Shredz. I tried that once. It didn't do sh!t and was a huge waste of money.
You have to train your mind the same way you train your body. You must protect it against the negative and feed it with the positive. Be mindful of what you watch, what you read and who you allow to influence you. Learn to consider your thoughts emotions and actions. Trust your gut face your fears head on and never quit. AJ Roberts
