i honestly don't know how he was able to train so hard and maintain his physique doing the drugs he did... i have no problem with drugs - if you wanna do them then do them, just do them responsibly. but like i said, i honestly have no idea how he could go out and party like that so often yet maintain such a quality physique. he was an admitted coke user - the blow eats away your muscles and kills your appetite.. i'm sure he was into ecstasy or molly being that he loved going to trance festivals/raves/dance clubs - and that stuff is spiked with amphetamine/speed which also eats your muscle.

Great video, lots of respect to chestbrah but it still boggles my mind a bit how he uses Zyzz's name to make money. I know he does it partly to promote Zyzz's legacy but all the money should go to charity or funding gyms or something, that is assuming he keeps the money which he obviously does. All the Zyzz shirts ($40 each btw), protein of the gods, videos, etc. None of them should go to chestbrah unless he uses that money to promote Zyzz even more or fund gyms around the world. The media stereotype that bodybuilders are disgusting, too big, on celltech, etc need to be broken, I see a lot of guys in high school starting to actually hit the gym now and none of it would be possible without Zyzz.

R.I.P. brother, thought I could hold on to the single thread of conspiracy just to believe you were alive. Zyzz just seemed so invincible, in the middle of his prime, almost shining.
