I've been around the bb.com community, and have always wanted to do a log. I was given the great opportunity to test out some products from Active Armor Nutrition.
Active Armor has provided me with Diet Armor, Krea Armor, and Armor Whey Isolate. Diet Armor is a fat burner, energy enhancer, and appetite suppressant. It contains Tyramine, Phenylethyamine, Theobromine, Caffeine, and 1,3 Dimethyl. Should be a good combo for both preworkout focus and diet support.
Kre Armor buffered creatine/kre alkaline.
Armor Whey Isolate is a whey isolate with 29 grams of isolate per scoop, zero fat, and 1 gram of carbs. 29 calories. The flavor is top notch, "Vanilla Peanut Butter".
I'll also be taking some BCAA's pre/intraworkout from Recoverpro.
I will be doing Intermittent Fasting. Basically, I eat from 12pm to 8pm, with my workout coming an hour before I break my fast. I will also be throwing in days where I do 24 hour fasts as needed. My diet will be a high protein, moderate fat, lower carbohydrate diet. I get 250 grams of protein a day, around 60 grams of fat, and the rest comes from carbs, 50 grams on off days and 75-100 on lifting days. I will be having carb refeed days at least once every ten days. If fat lost comes fast I will decrease the days between refeeds.
To lose as much fat as possible while preserving muscle mass.
Monday - Chest/Tris
Tuesday - Legs/Shoulders
Wednesday - Rest or Cardio
Thursday - Back/bis
Friday - Chest/Tris
Saturday - Cardio/Anything that isn't sore
Sunday - Off

At the moment I weigh 230 pounds, and am between 13 and 15% bf. I carry a lot of my weight in my legs, and show abs at a higher bodyfat. The goal is to look as lean as possible for the Summer.
