Is there hope for any results on my euthopian rib, bones and skinny frame?

I'm doing Starting Strength & Will soon progress to 5/3/1 and more advanced programs.

Start of Program: MARCH 13, 2012.
    135 x 5 Bench.
    135 x 5 Squat.
    175 x 5 Deadlift.
    80 x 5 Overhead Press.
    80 x 5 Row.

    End of Program (7 weeks)
    275 x 5 Squat.
    210 x 5 Bench
    285 x 5 Bench
    155 x 5 Overhead Press.
    155 x 5 Row.

^^^ I Haven't reached the end of the program yet. But these numbers, this find of progression this is mind boogling, blowing, I thought this would take years, but in 7 weeks? 22 Sessions of SS?

Will my physique be different, changed? More mass in my chest, lats, quads and such? My diet is great now 3000+ Calories a day.

Look at my progress pictures, this is me starting i just posted them yesturday. Will there be great results after the program is there a chance, a possibility?

If your diet is good you may need to up you calories a bit depending on maintenance level, you should see some results how much depends on you routine, rest, correct amounts of carbs protein fats, and genetics, what are you doing 5 day or 3 day split? And you've just started training right?
