AFTERTHOUGHTS
Had to get a quick one in today. Took around 30 minutes, energy was good today. Got through with the workout pretty fast and my legs got a pretty good pump from it. My powerlifting buddy that I usually see DL'd 500 today. Told him I had to see it to believe it, so he ended up doing it twice. I have video and will upload it later, its good motivation for me to hit that 500 DL this week.**** TwinlabFuel Representative ****
