Wonderful! I do core and lower back work! I know people say PHAT is for more experienced lifters but I am seeing the most gains out of it. I got horrible stretchmarks all over my arms now and on my thighs. I can see the outline of my abs and I can feel my core getting stronger.

Yes it is a double edged sword! My ex gave it out after a ****ing month because "i don't want to put out too soon I want us to work". Yeah. I stopped doing deads for 2 weeks cause I thought that was what was causing pain, but it turns out it is squats. I am gonna pick it up, hopefully it will help. I should get an xl right?

What do you guys think of that? My lower back has been hurting me lately after I do squats so I think it is time to pick up one of these.

just stretch your hamstrings before you do squats.... if you wanna go very heavy you should use a belt but if you feel the need to use one for all your working sets you need to stretch your hamstrings/glutes so that your posterior chain is more limber

edit: also... doing lots of hyperextensions will help with you keep your posture good while squatting. The problem probably is not your low back being weak, but rather your hamstrings being too tight leading to an affinity to round your lower back if even a little bit.

This is an example that happened to me. Went to cousin's engagement party in NY and met one of her best friends. Immediately had rapport or w/e because she knew my cousin's whole family and I am my uncle's favorite and what not so everyone was setting us up. Horses not really my thing although my dad has a stallion in his stables back in his village. I have ridden it before and the mother****ing thing scares me. I feel like it will bit me in the ass or something.

I am getting back into readings (read a book like every 2 days at various points in my life) and wanna get back into it cause it relaxes the fuk outta me and it enriches me as a person as opposed to turning me into a POS like most of the other stuff I do.

I started watching SPartacus but stopped for whatever reason. IT was interesting but I just never got into it and subsequently forgot to keep watching it. The first season is on demand so maybe I'll check back in on it.

I love that show!! The original Spartacus was loads better than the one now. He had this brooding aire...plus, he is (or was) the best looking man on the planet. May he rest in peace.
