its ok to do it once a week when the occasion arrives.
it can help you relax psychologically. Physically too even, like if you go on a rave or something once a week during off days it might even help you lose some fat...just don't OD.

I read a study on T-nation about alcohol and its effect on training... doesn't seem to be too bad if you don't binge drink every other day.

i just started experimenting with psychedelics recently as part of the on going "exploration" of consciousness and mind/brain I've been venturing to do in the last few years. The reason I didn't do drugs until recently is because I didn't feel like I was ready for them, and didn't have enough knowledge of the brain to get the best out of them. I'm mostly into hallucinogens.
