Few updates.
1. I posted a video preview where I did one of the most insane workouts of my life (right before I started bulking so don't pick on the rabbit):

2. I am BUWLKING. Serious bulking. **** the small frame. To hell with 150 pound wet Brad Pitt. Trying to get up to 185, and then cut back down to 185 to sit at 6-8 percent bf so I can complete my long term "ART" project of competing in bodybuilding while playing my violin on the street during free pose downs.
went from 143 - 162 in just 3 weeks going on my first "real" bodybuilding routine:
Lifting 6 days a week split.
Chest/Bi
Leg/Shoulders
BACK
Leg
Chest/tri
off
Full Body.
I will start posting my workouts and my bulking progress on HERE. (I won't post pictures or videos until I hit 175...) and will answer any questions along the way.

and in for bulking, frank what weight are you trying to get to?
