frank what sprinting routine did you use while you were trying to get explosive as possible? ive just finished VJB intermediate strength focus, and am continuting trying to gain vert and speed, any other odd tips you could throw in would help too.

thanks a lot man. I tried this out tuesday before a heavy squat session and I've gotta say the difference was pretty noticeable. I did some single leg box jumps and some standing long jumps before single/triples and band speed work. I got rep and weight PR's in the same workout. gonna be subbing this to get some more tips.

You plan on doing them on your own? I've done shrooms 3-4 times, but never alone. Do them when you're in a good mood and in a calm/stable environment. Do anywhere between 1.5g to 2.5g, they take 45 mins to 1 hour to kick in, and THEY WILL kick in even if you keep thinking "woah this sucks". Eat them with whatever food you like, the taste isn't so bad but the texture is much worse. Also, be ready to trip for the next 5-7 hours, you'll be fatigued after. Your mind gets so full of sh*t (not in a bad way unless you bad trip) that it is mentally/physically demanding. After the trip, I felt like I had learned a lot lol. Expect uncontrollable thoughts/laughter.
