Frank could I ask you for an opinion on a new routine ? any changes I should make or what would you do ?
Upper:
Incline Db press 3x8-10
Bench 3x6-8
Cable fyles 3x10-15
Lat pulldown 3x8-10
Barbell row or Db 3x6-8
Straight arm pulldowns 3x10-15
Shoulder press 3x8-10
Lateral raises 3x10-15
Rear delt raises 3x10-15
Seated Db curls 4x8-10
Skullcrushers 3x8-10
Concentration curls 3x8-10
Tricep pushdowns 3x8-10
Lower:
Front squat or back squat 5x5
Romanian deadlift 3x6-8
Db lunges 2x8-10
Leg press 2x8-10
Seated leg curl 2x10-15
Seated calve raises 3 sets to failure 15 breathes between sets
