when you said you ate 6k cals to bulk and eat whatever and as much i didnt believe you but now i do. IMO you should cut now; get shredded then bulk again. ur body blows up after a cut, dont go so agressive with the cut this time brah, and 2nd round blow up should be even better.

I see you doing some huge weight but it's almost like cheat reps on every rep (humping on bench, swinging your body on lat pulldown, etc), do you just respond better to that?

give and take man. Using big weights with bad form is probably the same as using moderate weight with strict form in terms of overall result..if you aren't afraid of getting injured.
