Herbalife 24 Prepare is Amazing!

So I've tried a ton of pre-workout supplements, not all, but quite a few. Though some work good, this one works great! I've been using it for almost a month and I get the same effectiveness every time. Has anyone else tried it?

Because for 2 scoops, you're getting only 200mg of L-Citrulline (of which you want AT LEAST 1.5 grams, preferably 3 grams), and 2.1g of Creatine. The creatine is OKAY if you are getting creatine from other sources. Otherwise, no. The rest of the ingredients are worthless. Oh, and you get 100mg of caffeine per serving. That's a low amount compared to some other preworkouts out there, but you apparently have low tolerance if that still hits you. Which is the ONLY thing that is hitting you.

Well, I'm just saying it works great for me. I'm not saying that its not lacking anything in its profile, cause obviously it doesn't compare to MP Assult or Super Pump, etc.. But what I think is amazing about it is that I've had a lot more focus and endurance since I been using this and I've had the same pumps as before using, MP Assult, Super Pump, White Flood, and Jacked. I'm not telling anyone to go buy it, but curious if anyone else has tried it and felt as good as I have. Maybe its the lack of ingredients that makes me feel better? not sure, but I like it.

I have met Dr. Frankos on several occasions. He left the FDA because he was retiring. Herbalife offered him a position and he took it. Don't assume things you don't know. If you want to compare facts then compare facts. But don't diss a guy that was sharing what has worked for him, that is what this forum is about..."sharing" here are some facts, Herbalife has 33 years of experience, more than any other company in the industry. Herbalife closed 2012 with over 6.4 billion dollars in sales. Growing by a Billion dollars a year for the past 4 years, This makes Herbalife the fastest growing company in the health and wellness industry to date. I sincerely doubt it is because of their great distributors but because of the products. And the products produce results. And people spend money on results. If you have a better product then why arent more people buying from you? Just a question. I am not a distributor but I've been thinking about it because I too love the products.

your picture certainly reflects your knowledge on nutrition...abysmal. "200 mg of citrulline"....please. Please let me know exactly what citrulline is and then I will give you a little more props. Oh wait, I already know what citrulline does because I read the book by dr. louis ignarro, herbalife board of product development, and also Nobel Prize winner from 1996 (or 1998 one of the two). Sure, viagra and all subsequent nitric oxide knowledge stemmed from his ground-breaking research...but what does that matter. Sure, he was solely responsible for deciphering how NO is produced in arterial walls, making it paramount to the science behind atherosclerosis and heart disease in general. Sure, he pinpointed the exact amounts of citrulline and arginine needed to maximize nitric oxide molecule's lifespan. Sure, he is also on the board of Herbalife. But what does that matter?

You don't know what citrulline is. You don't know what arginine is. You don't know what nitric oxide is, what it is suppposed to do, how it is produced naturally, or how you can increase your body's creation of the wonder molecule.

But how dare you show up on a bodybuilding forum with a pale back shot of what could be explained as routine muscle growth of an adolescent, at best, and pipe in about a molecule that you neither understand or use correctly. Continue buying NO explode. After all, there are huge, HGH and steroid induced freaks of nature that have personal nutrition coaches and trainers at their disposal, standing next to the product you take. Getting paid to take their picture with it, they laugh their way to the bank as you buy this hastily produced and poor-quality supplement.

If your supplements are so good, why don't you visit their website, and find me materials detailing the manufacturing practices and quality control procedures in place. You won't find it on bsnonline.com so don't bother checking it out. However, check out myherbalife.com and enjoy a quality, transparent company that will gladly tell you where the products are produced, where the soybeans have been grown, and even the exact percentages and numbers of ingredients in the products.

Have fun wasting your hard earned time and money on supplements that your "bodybuilder" (a.k.a. "my bro who lifts a lot) friend recommends for you. Make sure to dutifully ignore the lack of credentials and practical experience of said friend.
