Just came off a good Beta Cret log for Promera Health and decided to just log my workouts in here for now until I find something else. Working on a cuttting down from 205 to around 188. Hit a snag recently and am stuck at 196 after getting down to 191. Haven't been motivated this week, but have still had some intense workouts. I'll post them for now to get me started.
Current Supplements
Size On Pre-Contest
Grenade
Xtend
Scivation Whey
Muscle Pharm Combat powder and Muscle Gel
Con Cret
Carbo Gain
I'm actually taking a few weeks off from con cret, just to see how my training goes. Using the PRe-Contes right now before I workout. My split is Back/Bi's,Chest/Tri's and Shoulders/legs. It will likely change soon if I keep it up with this plateau.

Couldn't get comfortable on the flat bb bench. Sunburn on my back was bothering me and I just didn't feel right. That'd why I usually stick to DB's. Weighed in at 193. My weight had been varying alot. Just going to focus on putting the work in and I will reach my goal of 188. I think doing HIIT for cardio will help alot.RELENTLESS
