yesterday I had a cheat day I trained in the morning in a fasted stated like I always do then broke my fast with a tin of sardines and 3 quarters of an entire box of peanut butter cookies along with half a Ben & Jerry's of ice cream. I then with my girl friend walked all over downtown for 6 hours getting about 3 black coffees. I fasted again for about 8 hours. I then cheated again with 9 Tim horton's cookies 3 chocolate chip and 6 then cookies of the month which was maple.. damn they were good... then had frozen yogurt low fat..
THis morning I am .4 pounds lighter than yesterday? how on earth is this possible? I am usually about 2 pounds in water weight heavier....
my calories on non cheat days are 1750.. and I do HIIT cardio 6 days a week for 20 minutes running at 10 miles a minute down to 6 miles an hour for a total time of 20 minutes
how on earth am I lighter?
