    This is strange.. LOST weight after cheat day?

    yesterday I had a cheat day I trained in the morning in a fasted stated like I always do then broke my fast with a tin of sardines and 3 quarters of an entire box of peanut butter cookies along with half a Ben & Jerry's of ice cream. I then with my girl friend walked all over downtown for 6 hours getting about 3 black coffees. I fasted again for about 8 hours. I then cheated again with 9 Tim horton's cookies 3 chocolate chip and 6 then cookies of the month which was maple.. damn they were good... then had frozen yogurt low fat..

    THis morning I am .4 pounds lighter than yesterday? how on earth is this possible? I am usually about 2 pounds in water weight heavier....

    my calories on non cheat days are 1750.. and I do HIIT cardio 6 days a week for 20 minutes running at 10 miles a minute down to 6 miles an hour for a total time of 20 minutes

    how on earth am I lighter?

    This occasionally happens to me and I put it down to the higher calories boosting my metabolism after 3+ days of low cals.
    Train hard, eat well, get plenty sleep - repeat

    This has been happening to me recently since I introduced HIIT cardio into my routines. I feel like **** after a cheat day but for some reason it speeds up my weight loss. Weird ain't it? Only seems to work with the HIIT cardio in the routine.

    0.4 pounds isnt that much at all, that is just a small piss. Sometimes the same thing happens to me, I think if you eat a lot you may push out more from your digestion track and um well you get the idea.

    exactly lol ... op even if you didn't eat as CLEAN... you still may have taken in less calories than expended.

    This is kinda pathetic but i've figured out how to manipulate the scale after a binge...i just don't drink water during the binge. Then the next morning i'm massively thirsty, i retain water all day...and there's no avoiding it, eventually i will gain weight from water retention.

    3 cups coffee - serious dieuretic, lots of water loss

    Binge / cheat - lots of weight gained


    Pretty much you ingested a lot of food, but only "gained" the dry mass, since the coffee prevented the water retention, and lost more water.

    Hence the .4 loss.
