    A few craze questions

    1. How much creating per scoop?
    2. Does it have 1,3?
    3. Any other ingredients that cause sides? (seen a few go on about sides...)
    4. How much caffeine.

    3. Anything u take might have some ingredients that can cause side effects...i.e. i get stomach cramps with milk sometimes..from craze though none so far for me
    4. 80mg

    Both are very good.i have both and alternate between the 2.

    I had had WF before and enjoyed but wasn't a major energy booster...

    What do you find positive/negatives of both?

    no negatives for me so far.solid products.WF needs to be increased to 2 scoops tho after some time whereas craze hasnt had that effect on me yet.but still WF is a very good product.
    i get good focus and endurance with both.
