I workout like a son-of-a-bitch. I don't limit myself to one kind of exercise regime. I lift, I run, I cross train, I fight, I bike,... Basically I love doing anything. Now, the thing is, I have a real hard time controlling the amount I eat. No matter how many times a day I tell myself, "that's enough", I end up caving. It's not so much what I eat (I'm pretty good at that), but how much. I can't stop until I am full. Need help. I should be ripped but I'm not even close...

There is nothing wrong with eating a lot as long as you eat the right foods. eating more will keep your body in a constant digestive state and therefore burn more fat/calories. Try breaking them up into many smaller meals so that your never hungry but never completely full.
Also, this should've been posted in nutrition

Look into intermittent fasting. You eat less often but get to eat more at each sitting. Try working out when you would normally eat breakfast or lunch then eat a big supper and go to bed early. But if you are constantly hungry, you might actually need more calories.

Intermittent fasting is GREAT for hunger issues, esp the never feeling full..You should look into it. Eating huge ass salads and fibrous veggies helps, as does taking Metamucil whenever you feel hungry but you really shouldnt be. It's not the greatest but drinking Crystal Light or black coffee sweetened with Stevia helps. I also liked Yohimbine HCL for mild appetite suppression.
Oh god shirataki noodles are a curse/blessing..in Japan they are known as a broomstick because they clean you out, relying on these when you are constantly hungry is just going to make you hurt, MODERATION, they come out pretty much just as they come in, not digested at all yes tmi but necessaryElitefts rox!!

I feel the same alot of the time too, even having one of those moments now. Firstly theres no point starving yourself so eat when your hungry and make sure to eat healthy! Next thing is will power. We all know when enough is enough so try and control yourself and resist temptation as hard and all as it is. Just try it for a week. Even workout hard and eat in moderation until sunday and then allow yourself to relax a bit. Theres no real point sayin from today on I'm only going to eat 2000cals a day.. Reduce ur intake by even a 100cals a week for the next month and you'll be fine..

I've been adding salads to my meals. Like, in my college cafeteria, a chicken patty (buns taken away) is 250 calories and 19 grams of protein. Instead of having that and something else for a small meal or lunch or whatever, I get a big bowl of romaine, throw some shredded cheese, mushrooms, egg, tofu, cauliflower, and the cut up chicken patty to it. Now the meal is 350 calories, 24 grams of protein, and I'm full for the next few hours.
