Not unless you are just doing the lockout portion. Almost any commercialy available bench is way too high for parrallel squats unless you are seriously tall.

I use a couple of six inch boxes I built originally as platforms for my wifes feet when benching this gives me a 12 inch box. I have a sack of rubber mats I made from a stall mat that take it up as high as I need to.

Well, other than your checkout screen where it does imply there is "free shipping", I don't see anything on their site that states their shipping is free.....you'd think they'd want to make a big deal about that because its a perk for the buyer.
What I do see is this in great big red letters:
If I were you, I'd do what they've asked and give them a call. You may be setting yourself up for disappointment if they call or email you later with additional charges. I realize this may make you not want the product or maybe you'll be mad at the company.....but to save yourself some hassle I'd suggest you call.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #4 ▪█─────█▪

LoL.... just because you click "payment sent".....doesn't automatically mean a little elf immediately comes out of the heating vent, grabs your stuff, puts it in a box and then hands it over to the UPS elf that drove his tiny little brown truck over to "The Benchpress Equipment Outfitters".
When they look at your order before processing, if its the scenario I spelled out....they just won't ship till you've forked over some more cash. They'll probably give you the option of backing out, but then the hassle that I talked about starts.
Its happened before.....hell, its happened to me. I ordered a bar from Rogue and clicked on "store pickup"....they emailed the next day and said "not so fast"....the bar came from the manufacturer and in store pu wasn't possible. They didn't ship until I paid more and they told me I could cancel if I wanted.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #4 ▪█─────█▪
