Yes, I have posted here before, but it is just because I have questions. I was about 195 or so at the beginning of the year, now I am at about 187. I am trying to lose the fat but get the muscles too. I know you can't do it at the same time, but I have not been seeing the muscular results I want. What should I do. I try and get about 2400 calories a day, I am not lookin to have to put the weight back on in order to gain muscle and have to cut. Someone told me I could increases my calories by 100-200 a day. Let's get this straight, I want mass. I want to be lean with little fat, but I want the muscles to show. Anyone got advice for me? I take the right supplements and everything, so tell me why I am not seeing the results I want.
Also, what is your opinon on Optimum Nutrition HydroWhey Turbo Chocolate? Good product for bulking? What about Optimum Nutrition serious mass?
Also, don't mention stickies, I have read them. Just not seeing the results I want.

You have to make up your mind here Champ and stick with a plan for many months. Most ppl bulk for an entire year if they wanna get big......but here's how most ppl schedule their year - bulk over the colder months (3-4 months bulking) Drop the fat during Springtime and maintain over summer.
3-4 months bulking, 3-4 months cutting and the rest is maintainence. At least, thats what was done a few years ago, dunno if things hanve changed since......
