How big are we talking? If anything, I feel like "big" arms are easier to get for most people - where as huge delts/traps with a chest to match it seem more often indicative. Like, I'm not really big at 195lbs at 6ft1, but if I'm being objective my arms overpower a lot of my body, especially chest.
