bonked hard. it was my fault because im so conscious of my avg sp for the ride, and wasnt watching my HRM or my fluid intake. So i stopped, took a half hr break on the side of the road. drank a whole bottle. and had 2 gus. and made it home.

i think the dehydration got to me more than anything else.

That sounds horrible. Hell, doing anything beyond five miles in that condition would be absolute torture. I mean, riding just under two miles felt awful.

In endurance sports such as cycling and running, hitting the wall or the bonk describes a condition caused by the depletion of glycogen stores in the liver and muscles, which manifests itself by sudden fatigue and loss of energy. Milder instances can be remedied by brief rest and the ingestion of food or drinks containing carbohydrates. The condition can usually be avoided by ensuring that glycogen levels are high when the exercise begins, maintaining glycogen levels during exercise by eating or drinking carbohydrate-rich substances, or by reducing exercise intensity.

No these are my RL standards.

i keep them low so that i can never be disappointed.

and then conversely (when it comes to girls), the more drunk i get, the higher the standards get.
most guys will go home with some wildebeast because they are drunk and think she looks good. me? i go home alone because suddenly nobody is good looking enough. my drunk logic sucks.

Haha no. When I was in the sling I didn't really leave the house, and once I took it off nobody even realized anything was wrong.

    Can you solve this riddle?

You have a coin.... and you need to create a scenario which has a 2/3 and a 1/3 chance of happening. Go.

Put two white bunnies and one black bunny inside a hat, close your eyes, reach in and pull one out. 2/3 chance one will be white, 1/3rd chance one will be black. Take the coin and buy a snicker's bar.... but be nice and let the bunnies each have a bite also.

Obvious answer because you're going over a mile a minute.

    so the answer is......
