That is a given (he said he has previously repped 315 and does 225x8 now after a 9 month layoff)... we have women in the Nut Misc who outsquat Ion (srs). We have men who have previously slipped disks in their back in the Nut Misc who outsquat Ion (srs).

My routine currently relies on about 1 - 2 hrs during "lunch" at work. we were recently given free memberships to a local gym, and i've been going. its a lot more convenient since time is at a premium when im at home with a new baby.

5 days/week. MWF (Legs/Abs - back/bi/tri - chest shoulders) in that order... TTH (HIIT)

My goals are simply to get myself back into good shape. Because im an active hockey player and VERY active golfer (USGA 6 handicap as of last week) my goal isnt to become the next arnold. I want to set a good example for my kid.

I was asked to become a mod, the nut misc/fat loss sections are part of my transitional period, from there i believe it leads to more sections. I was active in other sections including the regular misc prior to becoming a mod, so i've got pretty thick skin.

the term ******* when used friendly does not bother me at all. its mild compared to locker room banter at the ice rink, believe me.

I came to bb.com in dec 2006, and was too intimidated to make a profile. i finally did in jan 2007 and have used it as a place to waste time, and as a resource for information.

I do NOT want Tebow, and the whole Tebowmania garbage in GB. Rodgers is fantastic, and is doing fine as is. Tebow will not amount to anything in the NFL. - thats my stance and im sticking to it!

you are chosen by existing moderators, and if you accept the invite, you are voted on by those mods. The benefits vary from mod to mod. but for me, i use the forums to waste time while sitting on a plane or in my office. so i like to be able to contribute to that capacity.

thanks! glad to be here. seems like a fun section so far. I was asked if i was interested, answered a few questions, then after a month or so formally made mod.

i dont know, im not really one to get into a competition over lifting stats. as long as im progressing and reaching my individual goals, i dont care how much anyone else can lift.

i do not wear skinny jeans, playing hockey for years gifted me with larger quads, so im sure they wouldnt fit even if i was ghey enough to wear those. incredibly distasteful and i question the sexuality of any male who wears them.

its a ramping up period really. me and VA were assigned Nutrition and fat loss sections to start.

no. its volunteer

and quite honestly i dont really believe in 99% of supps out there today, i personally think they're a waste of money.

caffeine and a good protein are all i spend my money on. if i could buy more motivation, i would.
