Why you should choose me: I am going harder then I ever have before. I started working out in summer of '10 and was on and off and now have been in the worst shape of my life. I am now dieting hard hitting my macronutrients and counting them which I have never stuck with before, hitting the gym hard and I hope that in a few months I can be bulked up. I feel confident I will with the way my diet has been. I will be very honest and detailed in my reviews. I will include pictures and possibly video(s). I have never done a log before, but I have done a review http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=139765473 I know that there are many well respected members of the bb.com forum that will apply for this, and I know it's slim to none for someone of my size and rep power to get picked but I will keep applying for logs and I know that someone will give me a first chance. I feel that I am a very honest and trustworthy person, and I think I have always shown that on this forum. I will give you the best log that I can and I will stay true to my word on that. I am active on this forum I am on practically all the time throughout the day. I will update the log at least three times a week that is how often I work out. If you give me a chance you will not regret it, i'll give you my best!

P.S. I filled out an application for a different log and though I doubt it would happen if for some reason I got picked for both I would say no to one of them since obviously I can only log one.

    Current Training Schedule / Protocol
: I am on strength training. I am in the recruiting process for a police officer, so i am trying to improve my strength. I train hard on chest/arm/shoulder days, and on my rest days I will usually do Legs or back. 100lb dumbbell chest press. 115-120 barbell curl. 275 Deadlift, 275 squat (these are all for at least 6 reps)
Current supplements : Optimum Nutrition: Gold Standard Whey and Optimen. MurplePharm Assault.
Current Diet and macros :I am on a bulk. 3000+ calories a day, at least 190 g of protein. Get this through protein shakes, brown rice, chicken, steak, veggies, fruit, greek yoghurt, start off every morning with a shake with raw oats, protein, honey, protein and milk.
Athletic History :Played hockey all my life. High School hockey for 3 years, then played junior B. I also played football in high school for 3 years. Played softball in highschool for 3 years.
Other product reviews / logs you have done : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...assault+review

I have tried many pre workouts before, assault, jack3d, animal rage, neurocore, c4. I could compare and contrast with what else is out there on the market. I have not done a log before, but did review muscle pharm assault.

Reason to pick me: I Love to workout all the time, I would love to try juggernaut hp because I believe it will give me that extra boost I need in the gym that I like. I would log probably after every workout to give people who want to buy it a chance to see a daily routine on it.

Training Scedule: I lift three days a week following s simple push/pull legs.

Pre-workouts I have taken: Assult, Full Blown, Jacked, 1MR. I tend to stay with products that I like and I have only used a few and they worked great. So I have not tried a lot of others.

Reason you should pick me: Right now I am recovering from a lower back injury and am going to start lifting again next month. It will be nice to have a product that will give that extra bump in the right direction. My best lifts in the gym are a 475 deadlift, 385 squat, and 285x5 bench. I really want to get to where I was in terms of strength. I have been working out seriously for the last 3 years and have been playing around the gym for 10 years.

Previous logs: All posted below in my signature: I have never done a log like this before. I have kept a journal before at intensemuscle (cannot get the link I am at work).

    Sex: Male

    Weight: 310

    Training Schedule:
    Day 1 - Chest and Tri's
    Day 2 - Back and Bi's
    Day 3 - Legs
    Day 4 - Shoulders
All= Cardio since I have plumped up to over 300 again.

Pre-workouts I have taken: White Flood, White Flood v2, Assault, Shock Therapy, Maximize, probably a lot more, those are ones that stick out.

    Reason you should pick me:

I just started working out again after 4 months. My wife lost her job, so we had to freeze gym membership. So that means I have a clean slate for supplements and should be able to give a proper assessment. I am setting a goal of 30lbs weight loss by Memorial Day, and pre workout definitely will help that.

I have always given honest feedback on products I have tried, and I have used a lot of products from a lot of companies including: Controlled Labs, PES, Athletix, Genomyx, iForce, Gaspari, Universal, etc etc etc

    Training Scedule:
Currently following New Rules of Lifting for Women, finish up Stage 2 this Friday and will start Stage 3 April 2nd. I am more than happy to post more details if needed. Or my progress is always posted in my journal (see below).

    Pre-workouts I have taken:
AI Sports Maniac, MP Assault, SAN Launch 4350, SAN Fierce, a few other random samples. (have reviews as well)

    Reason you should pick me:
I've always been athletic. I let myself go and completely regret it. For the last 7-8 months I have been pushing myself to get into better shape and a healthier life style. I'm not looking for an easy fix or a quick weight loss, I want to work hard and do what's best for my body. After many failed attempts I finally ventured into weight lifting (more on the power side). Finally .. something that I enjoy and I'm losing weight/trimming fat and feeling good about myself, I'll keep it!

    Weight: 255

    Training Scedule:
    Day 1 - Upper Body
    Day 2 - Lower Body + 30 min cardio
Day 3 - 60 mins of cardio (30 min stair climber 30 min elliptical)
Cycle repeats, I workout every day

Pre-workouts I have taken: Assault, C4, original 1MR, White Flood, Mainiac, Quake, Shock Therapy, Neurosurge, Neurocore, Super Pump Max and 250, NO Explode, Jack3d, Razor 8, some others I can't remember

    Reason you should pick me:

I have worked out before but as of this year I started taking it seriously, I suffered a severe knee injury last year (ripped off patella tendon and MCL) and went through 3 months of physical therapy. Went through a depression and gained some weight. I have lost 20+ lbs so far and my goal is to lose another 30. I was at 300 lbs once in my life and I don't want to look back. I love going to the gym and seeing if I can beat my personal best each day. I will provide honest feedback and I can update the log daily. I would appreciate this opportunity

Current Supps - CL Orange Triad, Fish Oil, PWO, post workout, and currently doing my own log of BPI A-HD

I would like to log Juggernaut because I am quite an experienced pre-workout user and I am always looking to try new supps. I usually take a pre-workout supplement to bump up my intensity in the gym, especially after a 16 hours fast and a long day of work. I've tried jack3d,c4,neurosurge,white flood, craze, hemorage, 1MR, and Nitraflex so I can definitely give prospective customers a good perspective of the product in relation to the competing pre workouts on the market. Thanks.

6 feet, 214lbs, soft belly (hahaha) and 31 yrs old, lifting for a few years now but progress is slow. One area i lack is energy. Shift work, kids, improper nutrition (thought i was eating right all these years.... man was i wrong).... means i often go into the gym tired.

I am a noob, i dont have 5000 posts and no logs (yet). However, i am dedicated, honest and determined to transform myself. I would love a chance to log for you
