    Cliffs on my background.
    -been a lazy ass for the past couple years... my avi was from 3/2010 when I last lifted heavy. I weighed 197.
    -naturally I don't eat very many carbs...norm around 50-100 a day.
    -I've always just ate one or two meals a day so IF protocol suits me fine.
    -I love meat, cheese and everything fatty so we'll look at how keto suits me.
    -I want to be extremely ripped and freaky looking.. I'm at around 202-208 right now..I was at 222 in December.


    I will start a five day split tomorrow.

    Chest/tris
    Back/bis
    Legs
    Shoulders/traps
    Friday I will repeat my Monday workout.

    I will try to get in hiit cardio on Mon wed Fri and low intensity on the weekend.

    Diet
    Meal one will consist of 12 eggs with seasonings and two slices Bacon with a little cheese.e. With broc or spinach.

    Meal two will be post workout and I will eat one pound of 80/20 ground beef with two slices of bacon, a little cheese and a little ranch to taste. This should come out to be around 2200 cals for the day. My first meal will be around six pm and the second post workout around midnight. I don't really go for variety I know but it is simple and cheap way to eat.

    As far as supplements go I will only have a 25 gram protein shake with olive oil post workout and possibly ephedrine every now and then. Also might use bulk arginine if I ever get it.

    I will start with my officially weight tomorrow. I just weighed in at 208.4 though.

    I want to be atleast 185-190 soon with abs haha. So let's hope this can work for me.

    If it seems like I post late or update late it's becasue my schedule is pretty crazy. I work 2-10 pretty much every day it seems like and i don't go to bed until around 4am....wake up around 1230 pm.

    Macros of 70% fat and 30% protein.

    My basic macros from the bacon, eggs, and beef come out to 156 grams fat, 158 grams protein combined for each day. These numbers will vary depending on how much cheese/ranch I use but never less than this. The only carbs I have will be coming from the eggs (around 1g each egg) and ranch dressing. Along with whatever carbs are in the broc/spinach. (Not counting my protein drink yet either.)

    I'm sure once i'm comfortably in keto and not paranoid about finally getting and staying in ketosis i will add other food options.

    Also not counting my protein drink yet.

    good luck man.

    I need to do something like this with my diet. Seem like it would be much easier. I've been tracking my food but the whole IF thing has been taking me a bit to get used to. I just asked someone if eating a pound of meat in a day was bad and would not be good for weight loss but I guess not! I'm gonna start eating more!! lol

    Had my eggs and Bacon here at work. Mmmm. Only added pepper and sriracha. Forgot the cheese. Workout tonight around eleven hopefully! Weighed in at 205.4 today.

    Weight today was 204.6. After one full day of keto dieting I had ketones in my urine when I woke up. Wooooop!

    Didn't get a chance to make my eggs this morning so I bought a chef salad at work. It contained a hard boiled egg with cheese and I used a **** ton of ranch. It also had a small amount of tomatoes. Hopefully that won't kick me out of keto. I guess tonight for my post workout meal I'll have eight eggs along with my pound of beef cheese and Bacon.

    I've also noticed I'm getting a little constipated :/ and I eat a ton of spinach a broc throughout the day. Do you guys recommend psyllium husk?

    trying brah! Also thinking about doing Cardio before weight training because I was so exhausted after my workout yesterday. You guys chew trident gum on keto? Has around 1 gram of sugar alcohol per piece.

    Just got home from my workout and pounded a heavy cream and chocolate whey shake. Was friggin yummy. Next up on the menu is about a pound of sausage (high sodium eek) and like five or six eggs with spinach of course.

    Hoping the tomatoes didn't hinder my trip into ketosis!



    Also ate a bag of pork skins when I got home...as my first meal urgh.
