    When to take protein before or after workout?

    Hello guys; I was wondering when should I take my protein supplement? Before or after working out? Thanks in advance for your help, greetings!

    Yeah, I hate how broscience at the gym will have guys droping a shake right there on the gym floor. Studies prove all that crap is irrelevant, just make sure you get your macros in for the day sometime during the day.

    Also on a side note, I tend to take my shakes just whenever I'm feeling hungry so I don't ever overeat and can control my appetite.
