Yeah meal frequency is irrelevant, take it whenever you want but i prefer to take it after just makes me feel better.
Yeah, I hate how broscience at the gym will have guys droping a shake right there on the gym floor. Studies prove all that crap is irrelevant, just make sure you get your macros in for the day sometime during the day.
Also on a side note, I tend to take my shakes just whenever I'm feeling hungry so I don't ever overeat and can control my appetite.
