    How are my squats (video)?

    I think both of these are supposed to be low bar squats (something I just learned how to do), and I think I'm squatting 265 here. I don't think you can really tell from the video, but I believe my knees track over my toes pretty well.

    Any insight on how I'm doing?

    Looked fine to me. Kind of looked like you were pointing your knees too far outward, but really hard to tell exactly from that angle.

    i thought the whole knees-over-toes = nono is a myth

    Looked like you were bouncing a bit.

    Kinda looks like you are letting your back pick up on the lift after your legs slightly. Don't know the rules on that. Glutes look like they are moving back a bit much, and hip thrust might be coming in late.
