Anybody seeing this in the gym? like 75% of the regulars at my gym have gotten seriously JACKED over the past 6-8 weeks in preparation for the summer. These guys have been the same size all year and have all exploded over the last few weeks. All the while their routines pretty much suck (ie cable crossovers, smith machine shrugs, bicep curls, and other isolations all day)
Meanwhile....
brb doing heavy ATG barbell squats, deadlifts, presses, pull-ups, bb rows, etc
brb counting macros
brb doesn't matter cause I'm natty
brb still lookin like I don't even lift
brb another thread about how much it sucks being natty
brb cryin
Anybody else know this feel?

I'm natty and bigger then most!.. So Ill let then take cell tech to catch up.. Just makes me feel better that they can't do it on there own!

Damn brah, that's pathetic.
I squat and deadlift coz i fukn love it. BRB huge guy from my gym came up to me and said he was mirin my dedication to work legs every time we're at the gym, says he lacks the motivation to hit them.
Good on him for coming out on that, but let the rest of the *******s do nothing but iso's. The curl rack needs attention too, i guess.
