    rate my bulking breakfast and should I change it?

    Each morning I eat
    1 cup of oats ~360 cals
    1 piece of ww bread ~ 80 cals
    1 tbls of natural peanut butter ~ 100 cald
    1\2 tbls of natural Smuckers no sugar added blueberry jam ~ 10 cals
    1/2 cup of frozen cultivated blueberries ~40 cals
    1 scoop of ON nutrition whey~120 Cal
    1cup of 1%milk ~110 Cal


    Howww does this look? or what changes should I make, thanks
