    You don't get nearly tight enough before you pull and you also don't seem to be pulling the slack out of the bar but simply jerking it up as you go.Also that's awful lot of psyching for a 300lb pull,don't mean to critisize the weight I mean everybody has to start somewhere but have you thought of building strength instead of testing it?

    Yeah im currently doing a push/pull/leg split thats designed for building strength and achieving progressive overload, just wanted to see whether my form was ok ahah.

    I would try to get your hips lower and keep your back straighter. Also, your hyperextended your back at the end (0:21). Stop once you've locked out the weight.

    A front shot would help for assessing form.
