First of all I'm sorry because I didn't post on the body fat percent thread, but I don't have enough posts to add links with pictures. I was wondering how much body fat I have? During the last 9 months I lost about 108 lbs. Now I'm 6'1 and 137lbs. I have a very strange body right now, I'm skinny, I can see my bones almost everywhere on my body, but I have some subcutaneous fat and a little bit of skin I guess. During the past 5-6 months I followed a good lose weight diet (1700 calories, 2lbs per pound of bodyweight and about a 500 deficit) but know it seems that I lost all my strength gained in the last months (especially on the compound exercises), I'm depressed I'm cold everytime and I don't know what to do anymore. Just tell me if I'm skinny fat or I just have a low muscle mass? Should I start a lean bulk? Currently I'm eating around 2050 calories, I'm trying a reverse diet because I don't want to bump all the calories up and gain the weight back. I'm pretty close to maintenance since I almost stop losing weigth, but I feel week and even If I incress my calories and carbs I'm hungry everytime. I have a clean diet with a lot of healthy foods, good sources of proteins, fats, complex carbs and fibers. I count the macros like a maniac (probably the main reason I ended up like this). I just want to pass this situation and build some lean mass. Any ideea of what should I do? Because I really need help..
