    minimal effective growth
    the key principles to this is M, minimal.
    it doesnt take much to simulate our muscles. In fact the lighter we hit out muscles the faster they recover, which equals growth. You are able to effecively gain lean hard muscle by keeping your workout minimal.
    sample routine.
    upper/lower/upper
    alternating with lower/upper/lower

    1 set per muscle group w/ 15-20 reps. Light and explosive.


    with MEG you are able to workout year round without rest weeks

    At 16 your lifting stats will not tell you anything when compared to your peers, people at 16 are still developing and have no fully grown, but it seems your lift pretty good for a 16 year old, 2 questions though, your 6'2" yet your deadlift is only 20lbs more then your bench press, and where are your squatting stats?

    edit: lol spine compressing 550lbs and deadlifting half of that

    I was higher on the deadlift than you around 315 I have pretty strong legs, but other than that I was around the same after about 4 months of lifting.
