Where is squat? Deadlift is terrible compared to bench. I bench 150 (3x5) and DL 225 (1x5).

Yea im pretty gifted in genetics when it comes to my back and legs. My back is kinda big and my lifts are pretty impressing but for my legs, they're huge but I only squat 160lbs 3X10 lol.

Lou Minati
Height 6'0"
Weight 178
Age 18 1/2
No max for bench, I can hit 85lb DB's for sets of 8 though.
Standing Military - with BB (no legs) 135x5
DL - 385 x3
Squat - no max, recently added them into my routine so I'm still working on form before I go to heavy.
Leg press - 900lb x 8
I've been doing one arm t-bar rows in place of bent over rows, but with the bar I can rep 110lbs. Not exactly the same movement but close enough.

i dont understand how everyones deadliest are so low. I'm weak, ill be the first to admit it, my bench is 135X3, squat is 165X10 atg(haven't maxed out yet), and my deadliest is 275X3. i have only been lifting for 4 months. how can you bench 205 and be six two and 190 and only deadliest 2 plates?

The taller you are, the harder it is to lift the weight, has to do with more range of motion and gravity, but as he said, he just started dling

Why does almost everyone in TBB have good benches but horrible squats, and even worse DLs?
DB Bench: 80lb DBs x5
Squat: 315
Deadlift: 405
DB Row: 100x3 (Strict Form)
Leg Press: Can we all just agree that it's just an ego exercise to load up dozens of plates?
And OP, keep your back straight on DB rows, i'm gonna go out on a limb and say you're doing them wrong.

We can't all be elite level lifters, ride multiple bicycles, etc at 16.
We all can stop being curl bros and actually squat/deadlift
