I am 175lbs and can bench 230....is that weak for my weight?

the answer is yes.
"on the bech press i usually start off with 205 doing it 5 times then once i ad my usual extra 5 pounds on i can barely do it twice. How can i increase my chest cardio? so i can rep heavy weight easier" -dc1992hp

i would say no thats not weak but i wouldnt say your chest is Strong for your weight either. average. i weigh 165 and bench 200.

Hahaha chin up dude! Most guys our age who can put up 250+ on the bench press are either doing little-to-no other exercises on chest days OR full of hot-air. So keep doing your reps, do your 1RM like once every couple months or month, and you'll still be stronger than all your friends :P

well i tried benching 225 today and was so close. im probably at 215-220 right now. i think of myself as way above average for my school, just because most dont lift. but as far as a strong chest, no. I think of my chest as my weak point compared to my back and arms. but idc what other people think im just concerned with improving.
