So true^ lots of people on the internet are full of it, when Im at my gym I rarely see guys ever putting more than 2 plates on. Much less guys my age. The most I saw was a 5'7, 21 yr old tank put up 350 and there were like 20 people crowded around and he was on roids :/ so be your on judge! Lift hard and haters gonna hate

anythng over 200 is abve average, and abve avrage is gud, u say you 16 so by time u 20,you'l b lookn @ abt 280-300, weight aint gone do nothing with strength! as u grow you'l get stronger !

if you want to know if your weak or strong it depends on how much you weigh relative to how much you lift, hope this helps http://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLi...andardsKg.html , its not 100% accurate but its a yardstick to measure how strong you are. Also use this 1RM calculator http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html before looking at them charts
