No clever title.
I wanted a fresh start, so I decided to start another journal.
I've been lifting since I found this forum which was around the summer of 2010. Doesn't seem that long. During that time I've done NROLRW and part of NROL. I've lost about 30lb since 2010 and I'm aiming to lose another 15lb.
I'm a mother of a energetic 4 yr old little boy and I work in retail. Seriously looking to get out of this field and on to something.
My weightloss is to lose 15lb in 12 weeks. I really think its doable but in order for me to succeed I really need to stick with my decifit and stop making excuses.
Macro goal: 140p, 50f, 172c, 1700 calories. I'm still up in the air on the refeeds every 10-14 days. I don't know how someone can eat a crap load of carbs and keep the fat grams down.
Hydration: Gallon of water a day. This is a must!!
Training: Lift 3 days a week and follow up with cardio 2 days. Right now I'm loosely following NROL HyperI, I'm subbing a few lifts. I think I'm going to about 2 more weeks of Hyper I and move on. I've lost count of the workouts.
My weigh-in will be on Sundays and I'll post progress pics in April for comparison.
3/11: 166.6lbs
3/18: 165.6lb

Sunday was squatterday!! I just squatted until I hit a PR, 145lb for 2 reps. The rest of the workout I kept light. I haven't been back to the gym yet. Last night I had some sort stomach virus thats been going around. I left work early today and slept for most of the day. I'm feeling much better but I don't think I'll make it to the gym.

Thursday: Upperbody workout
Friday-Sunday: Went out of town to visit family. Fell of the wagon
Monday: No workout. Tre's first t-ball practice!! Their first game is going to be hilarious.
Today: Upperbody workout again and 30 minutes on treadmill.
Progress pics next week because I'm carrying some serious bloat. Also, this week will be my last week for Hyper I.

Random thoughts:
Someone approached me today at the gym. I thought he was trying to ask me out me when he mention the word date. But he said it wasn't that kind of date, then he proceeds to hand me a complientary pass to another gym. He said he could give me some tips and pointers to assist with my workouts. Plus its FREE. We'll see.

Catching up in your new journal. Looks like the weight is coming off like you wanted. Workouts look great. Keep it up!!!!

I'm still here, just not posting much. Last week was an unplanned off/deload. I really wanted to workout but I just couldn't find the time. My son had some minor surgery and there was some nervous eating during that time. The dr believes my son will find some relief with this surgery. :thumbs up:
It's been a couple of weeks since I stepped on the scale and when I do it won't be pretty. I'm feeling super bloated.

Sunday weigh-in's
3/11: 166.6lbs
3/18: 165.6lb
3/25: 163.8lb
4/8: 162.4lb
4/29: 164.4lb
I'm still working out. I just don't have much time to log it here. We'll be moving in two weeks, just me and my son. I'm relieved and nervous because I will not have my son's father around as much to help out around the house like now. But its for the best.
I'm about to hit the gym in a few.

Hey Hobbes.
Yesterday's upperbody workout went better than expected. I'm going to take pics and measurements Sunday. I will not post my pics until I see some progress!! My midsection is that bad. :/ I'll probably start NROL from the beginning, I just need to find the book.
Tonight I'm going to do legs and zumba.
