If he did step on the cop's shoe, then some force would have been appropriate. Why not just handcuff the kid like normal procedure? Why choke a kid a quarter the cop's size?
Did that kid pose any threat of violence to anyone? If so, I agree, he should be apprehended. but yelling drunk slurs is not a threat in my opinion.u mad i value liberty over equality?

i dont change my opinion based on the majority's view. I responded to the good points posters have made, like if the kid did stomp on the cop's foot or if he did indeed pose a threat to anyone. You can try to persuade me, but absent an actual threat to the cop or to another person, there is no need or justification to choke the kid!
