I have a question about bulking what BF percentage should I bulk up to to make sure I don't gain to much fat and how long is it going to take me to achieve the Hollister Model body. I have gained around 12-14lbs since starting the gym.(3-4 Months)
I believe its going well but I realized that I have also gained alot of fat on my belly in those few months, I don't really count calories but Im aiming for 2500 calories a day as its really hard to count calories on home made meals which my mom cooks.
How long will it take me to achieve that kind of body and what BF % should I keep bulking up to before cutting.
BF: Guesstimate 14-15%
