Since I'm bulking now, here's what I try to intake per day - normally eat about 6-7 times a day:
Meats: chicken/lean hamburger/turkey
Veggies: broccoli with cheese sauce/cauliflower/carrots/spinach leaves/BLT Salads
Dairy: 2% milk/cheese/cottage cheese/eggs/oatmeal
