Hey doods, I've been lifting for 8 months now and I am trying to switch up my workout program. I've been on it the last 2-3 months and I feel like my body's getting used to this routine. My current routine is
chest Monday back Tuesday shoulders Wednesday legs Thursday and bi's and tri's Friday.
If any of you guys have any routines to recommend to me that'd be great, I'm open to all suggestions.
