I'm transferring from cut to bulk , and my metabolism has slowed
I'm never hungry and it's hard to eat up

Well no sht dude, at the end of my bulk I was maintaining at 5500 cals/day at 196 lbs, now I am 185 and maintaining at around 3700.
Not sure what to say about not being hungry on a cut though. Man up and eat, or drink the manority of your cals.Bench Press - 225x18 // 275x8 // 330x1
Squat - 385x7 // 445x1
Overhead Press - 135x20 // 225x1
Deadlift - 385x11
Bodyweight OHP for reps!

Happened to me today. I ate around 1,250 Calories in total, went to work at 6pm. Got back at around 9:30pm (short shift, no people eat out on Sundays I guess) and brought home McDonald's. I would've been 60 Calories shy but the ice cream machine was broken so now I'm about 210 shy lol.Originally Posted by douglasmich
