I dunno your routine and whether it's good/crappy, but I suspect it's the lack of calories in your diet. You're eating as if you're on a cut, OP.

*facepalm* I'll read the whole post next time before posting. Are you eating at least 500 calories under maintenance?

no problem bro, maintance for me is about 2200 so i am 300 under plus cardio at about 200 so pretty much exactly 500 under maintance but looking around at posts most people dont go below 1900 for their cut and im worried if i go much lower ill start to loss some muscle mass. I am knowledge about this but its my first cut.

Then what's your cardio routine looking like? My maintenance is about 3570 (as I lift 6 days/week and work for a moving company), so when I cut I try to keep it at about 2800 cals while doing HIIT (3 x 10mins) each day.

I'd extend my cardio/make it more intense if I were you. Try doing three ten minute cardio sessions (one at the beginning, one in the middle, and one at the end of your workout) where you jog for 2.5 minutes, then sprint full out for 30 secs and then, without stopping, jog for 2.5 mins, sprint 30 secs, etc until the 10 minutes are up. Doesn't sound like much, but just try it first.
