    Getting Very Hungry After Working Out

    Okay, recently I've been working out every single day with weekends off, but i notice that every time i get home from working out I'm really hungry, so i eat a ton of food. Most of it is healthy food such as grapes and apples, but i have to have a large quantity of food in order to fill my stomach. I feel as If I'm not going to make any progress at all in reaching my goal of dropping body fat %. What can i do to stop myself from being so hungry after exercising so that I can start seeing results and not eating so much when i get home?

    Do you have macros? If you do just hit your goals for the day, and don't worry if you eat most of your food post workout. If you don't have macros, you're doing it wrong.
