Hi, just seeking some advice on a good, hopefully relatively cheap, multivitamin. Used one a day men's and heard it wasn't effective. And I'm not looking for a "bodybuilder's multi" just something that will keep me healthy.
Also I have some iron pills, is iron supplementation a good idea? Not gonna start taking all the time but I have about 50 so if it will benefit me at all il take em

Typically you hear from people on hear that Orange Triad is great because it has a joint complex...
Also, I love GNC just as much as the rest of everyone here on the bb.com forums however I must say their Mega Men multi is a great vitamin and it is cheap. For sure consider that, I do not know if it has a joint complex lol.
