    Post workout: Whey protein or creatine?

    I have a tub of Syntha-6 and Beast Creature creatine.

    Should i take creatine right after workout then whey protein like 30-45 minutes after workout? (Not sure on broscience here)

    I also take half a scoop of creatine for pre workout. Thanks brahs.

    Neither have to be taken directly post workout.

    Creatine any time of day in any type of liquid.

    Protein any time of day in any form, as long as hitting daily macros

    The only time I intentionally ingest something post workout is a specialized formula (AfterMath, Golden Gains) or my Protocol, then a meal or shake after that

    @sippiboy - Hmm not really sure, but strawberry and lemon lime? Sounds risky!

    Also another broscience question about whey protein: if mixed with milk, it will absorb slower than mixed with water?

    My BCAA is orange mango, my whey is strawberry and my creatine is lemon.. I mix all for a post drink. But then again I chug mine all at once.

    Creatine (unless its a pre workout formula) can be taken at anytime of the day. If its monohydrate, just take 3-5grams a day at any time. Post workout you do want protein, does it have to be a shake? no. If it is a shake the best would be a good Whey protein.

    I always hit up my Kre Alkaline creatine and my protein shake after my workout. I space my meals out so its time to eat again after my workout. Chicken, rice, almonds at 330 workout at 530. Protein shake and creatine 630 or 7 when I'm done training.

    For me I take a scoop of protein right before I workout and 1 right after. And creatine right after with 70 grams of sugar.
