I also ordered the Juggernaut HP and Phenyl Core!!!!!! I can not wait until they come in =))

    Nutrition for the day:

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, slice of wheat toast, and bowl of fiber one cereal
Snack: Fruit parfait mix with blueberries, apples, blackberries, raspberries and low fat vanilla yogurt
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with low fat raspberry vinaigrette
    Snack: Protein Bar
    Snack: Banana
Dinner: Grilled salmon no seasoning and broccoli
    I love salmon!

Suggestion for the different types of Juggernaut:

    Juggernaut HP - weights only
    Juggernaut - any exercise

Why? HP produces an incredible pump that would make cardio counter-productive because your muscles would be pumped and you wouldn't be able to move as well. .

Im assuming the 45G and the 85 G are the protein content? I would also look at sugars and carbs.

^^ agree with that, though I mainly look at "net carbs" which is more calculation on my part... under all (if not most) foods, under heading Carbohydrates are other listings: ie: fiber, sugar alcohol, etc.... i subtract the total carb from those to get my net carb. I make my basis of purchase on that as well as $ and ratings... $$ in terms of that is actually a little lower on the "to buy or not to buy" reason.

Biggest for me is the: net carbs, protein and taste... which i found (promax, oh yeah are the best tasting ones out there, though promax is pretty high in sugar content)

I think they mean overall gram-weight of the bar; for example the 85g bar will WEIGH nearly twice as much as the 45g bar.

85g of protein in one bar seems like alot! I don't think that's what they mean.

If you can post the link to the product, maybe we can get a better understanding.

I thought that too at first, but that just seemed like a lot of protein for a bar? Especially since they are the same price as the ones I already bought.. I don't know I wasn't too sure =/

[QUOTE=alika2die4;851445603]I saw your post on another log but figure I answer it for you here. Deadlifts and wide grip chinups have been working for me! I started with the assisted chinup machine a few years ago and now I'm at the point of putting weights on a belt w/ no assistance.

Deadlifts n chinups definitely! Try doing some back rows as well

Good luck with the contest Sara! I like how you have 5 small meals a day, it keeps your metabolism going. But since you are going to be working out hard, try adding a whey protein shake after your workout or something so your muscles can recover.

Today was great!! My workout partner had been out sick for about a week now.. so she came back and kicked my butt!!!! After my Juggernaut pre workout drink we did a full body workout focusing a lot on legs and shoulders (which sucked for me since I did legs last night!) But I feel great =) I also signed up for the Miller Lite Filthy 5K Mud Run in Richmond!! Can't wait to get down and dirty. . Whoop whoop I got a pretty big group together to do it with me so that should be super fun.

For anyone who lives in the area here is the website for the run if you are interested =)

    http://www.dominionriverrock.com/eve...thy-5k-mud-run

    For diet I had:

Breakfast: Breakfast essential low fat yogurt
    Snack: Fiber Bar
Lunch: Club sandwich on wheat no bacon side of mashed potatoes
    Snack: Protein bar
    Dinner: Tilapia and broccoli
Snack: Apples with honey and cinnamon

Off from work tomorrow.. So I might take the day off from working out as well.. I know my body needs a break =)

    Night Juggz!!

    Welcome to the PARTY Sarah!

Looks like there are several of us into this event so we should come out of this in great shape and with new friends!!

All my friends call me "Reb"

Hello, my name is Sara and I was contemplating on signing up for this contest for a couple of weeks now. But, with the convincing of a couple of good friends, I am in =)

I started working out several years ago when my mother was diagnosed with a disease that left her unable to walk for two years. She was never severally overweight, but the extra pounds is what kept her immobile for longer than she should have been. All it took was the doctor telling me that it could be hereditary for me to realize that I needed to start living a healthier lifestyle.

I used to weigh between 135-140 lbs. I am now 5'2 and 115 lbs, with 23% body fat.

I am extremely comfortable in my skin, however, there are some areas I would like to focus in on. My goals in this challenge are: To tone my entire body, work more on my diet, and get my body fat percentage down to around 16%.

I have an amazing workout partner, trainer, friend and mentor who is doing this challenge as well with me! So I cannot wait to get started!

Before I workout I make my Juggernaut pre workout drink, about 30-45 minutes before I workout. I love this stuff!! I am about to order the Juggernaut HP, heard great things about it and can not wait to try it out!!

    WORKOUT PLAN:

    Day 1: Sunday March 18, 2012

2 mile run outside, 20 minute ab workout

    Day 2: Monday March 19, 2012

1 mile run outside, legs and glutes, 30 minutes on elliptical

    NUTRITION:

    Day 1: Sunday March 18, 2012

    Breakfast: Fiber One cereal
    Snack: Special K chips
Lunch: Peanut butter and honey sandwich
Snack: Apple with honey and cinnamon
    Dinner: Slice of pizza =/

    **GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE**

Thank you, I have been working hard on it, funny how once you get on a healthy eating schedule all the fatty foods don't seem appetizing anymore =) And I am super stoked about the run!! I have about 8-10 people in my group as of now, were just going to go and have a blast.. Can't wait!

My day off was amazing! I was able to get a lot accomplished.. my roomie and I did our grocery shopping today, pretty nice because I am starting to rub off on her with my eating habits (I even have her drinking the Juggernaut with me before workouts.. and she is going to be taking the Phenyl Core with me as well =)) Speaking of which...... I got my Juggernaut HP and Phenyl Core in the mail today, Whoop Whoop!! So I cannot wait to start on those tomorrow.

I also have a couple of my friends trying out the Juggernaut, and they love it =) Trying to convince them to purchase it! Pretty sure the product did all the work, they are pretty hooked!

    Nutrition for the day:

Breakfast: Breakfast essential and 2 hard boil eggs
    Snack: Fiber One bar
Lunch: Protein pancakes.. awesome recipe provided by my neighbor (workout partner) for anyone who wants to know I take instant pancake mix, 1% milk, replace 1/2 the pancake mix with whey protein, and egg whites, and spread peanut butter on top!! Delicious
Snack: Laughing cow cheese and wheat thins
Dinner: Low sodium chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese on wheat (low fat cheese and yogurt butter)
*Dessert: Smart ones chocolate chip cookie dough sundae: 140 calories, 3g fat, 22 carbs, 14g sugar......... DON'T JUDGE, it could be worse.. I was craving donuts and pizza =)

Starting back up tomorrow, can't wait to try out my new supplements!
