And write me a cutting diet?
I'm offering the opportunity to do it like actual dieticians do - minus the pay - you determine my maintenance, set my daily intake, give me macros and also meal selections...and I give you status updates/weigh ins all that fun jazz...physical activity will remain up to me but I'll keep you fully uprised...maybe even ... nudes
Yes, I don't need a bro set up or something strict to reach my goals, but the majority of actual people do, and I'm down to play along and follow it to give someone experience...plus it would be fun for me. I'll give you all my go-to meals, budget, preferences and things I dislike etc....I want a balanced micro diet too.
Any takers?
And yeah I'll call you out on BS so make sure you know your ****.

Thought about it, then realized I'm more of a "Teach a person to fish, feed him for a lifetime" kinda guy.

If only.
That wouldn't be too bad actually, I like all those foods just fine - though I would need some sugary at some point
True, but not what I'm gettng at.
He would do well.
I think some missed the poiint of this -- it's who wants some experience as a nutrition consultant working with someone who can 1.) stick to their plan and 2.) stick to their plan
I've done this with tons of my friends and it's easy for me, but I'm not sure a lot of others get the opportunity....so if you're interested in the nutrition field as well - this would be good.www.xccellence.com
