Welcome to MrSliz's Cellucor Super HD Cutting Log
First off I'd like to give a shot out to Cellucor, Mike, and their newest rep Gerge for hooking me with this opportunity to log this product.
The Product
So what I am going to try to do if I have the time is to take some ingredients from this product and other ingredients that interest me most likely from the Cellucor Line, do some research, and provide anyone who looks to read this log with some scientific background on whats up with what we are taking.
Background on me. Last summer I cut all the way down to about 160 and looked a little bit like this.
I liked actually being thin and defined but didnt like how small I was so I figured at the end of the summer I would begin a Fall & Winter long bulk only focusing on getting my strength and size up. I kind of got a little ahead of myself and put on 30+ lbs but my strength sky rocketed and I know that I can get rid of the extra weight so I am not too worried. Here is what I look like now.
Last weighed in on Monday, March 12th at 196. Then took these rather unflattering pictures ahaha.
I am running the 5-3-1 program right now and am gearing all my accessory lifts to higher reps. I will make sure to post up my workouts as we go (and will update for this past week). I will be weighing in again tomorrow as well. If there is any additional questions you guys have feel free to ask!
Other Supps alongside this: Berberine HCL - Fish Oils - Glucosamine - Creatine Mono - Beta-Alanine - LCLT - PLCAR - Nutrabolics Anabolic State - Nutrabolics Anabolic Window -
I had a wrist sprain for 2 weeks 4 weeks ago, then had a one week spring break so I dont know where my maxes rest at now but prior to that they were
Bench - 295 Squat - 365 Deadlift - 405
So lets get it!!!

Monday (March 12th) - Day 1
Week 1 of the 5-3-1 program and excited to give this a go. Today was a bench day and it went pretty succesful. I was slightly nervous about being able to take the volume of the workout having done strength workouts for over 6-monts now. I will give the exact weight and reps for my main lifts but all accessory lifts I am just puttin number of sets and rep range. I will give my general review of the product after the first week.
Flat Bench Press
165 lbs x 5 reps - 190 lbs x 5 - 215 x 8
Flat Bench Press (2 sets - 8-10 reps - light weight)
Incline DB Press (3 sets of 6-10 reps)
Floor Press (3 sets of 6-10 reps)
Pull Ups (3 sets of As many reps as possible)
Tricep-Work
Great workout, great energy, and great focus. Can't beat it.--Nimbus Nutrition --

March 13th - Day 2
My Wednesdays are long days with classes from 10 - 1:30 work 1:45 - 4:30 and homework, I generally try to squeeze my Wednesday workouts on Tuesdays regardless of the day of rest I should be taking.
Deadlift - Week 1
Deadlifts 225 x 5 reps - 265 x 5 - 295 x 7
Deficit Deadlifts - 2 sets of 4-6 reps
Rack Pulls - 3 sets of 6-10
Arched Back Goodmornings 3 sets of 6-10
DB Rows 3 sets of 4-6
The workout went great. I didnt get drained like I usually do during a deadlift day which i directly correlate to Super HD taken 20 minutes preworkout.
So far I really like the effects Super HD has been having. I am extremely Stim-Tolerant but this little guy gives me quality energy for 4-6 hours and the best part is i have yet to feel a crash which i give credit to the nootropics, b-vitamins, etc. So far so good.--Nimbus Nutrition --

Day 4 - March 15th
Today is my Military Press day and the one day a week where I am planning to really hit my biceps. I literally have negated bicep work for so long and its about damn time to give me some vascularity and size up in this ishh.
I do 2 sets of light weight bench during these workouts because from what I learned doing previous programs that this has helped with my chest recovery and overall strength gain so I have brought along with me.
Overhead Press - 95 x 5 - 105 x 5 - 115 x 9
Cable Face Pulls - 3 sets of 10-20 reps
Flat bench 2 sets x 10 reps x 135 lbs
DB military Press 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Pull Ups 3 sets to failure
Bicep Work
Felt awesome to really do some bi's and the rest of the workout felt great too. Again taking Super HD really gives me a good continous endurance through my workout and helps me from being fatigued so I am really liking that aspect. Also, this product has been really essential so far for studying. I try to get through the morning without a dose and take one around 11:30 and then my second one around 5/6 and my night is nothing but hardcore studying, homework, etc. which usually is a task for me to do because I am generally exhausted by the end of the day. March 18th Day - 6
So that deadlift day left my legs and knees sore, weak and in pain for literally 3/4 days...Miserable experience aha. I played basketball Wednesday night in the gym for about an hour or two to get some cardio in and then had my Intramural Basketball game Thursday Night. My legs were still feeling absolutely torn to shreds but we ended up coming out with another win so that was cool. I did go to the gym for a little bit friday and saturday to get some abs and slight cardio in but didnt do my squat workout because my legs were still feeling it. I also remember the Jim Wendler program supposed to be for 8-days and if i had done by squat friday or saturday i would of been pushing it.
Squats 225 x 5 - 245 x 5 - 275 - 7
Squats 2 sets of 6-10 reps
Leg Press 3 sets of 6-10 reps
Standing Calf Raises 3 sets of 10-20 reps
Leg Extensions 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Leg Curls 3 sets of 8-12 reps
This first week has been great with this product and I havent felt my tolerance building up. I will have a weigh in and a review of my first week up tomorrow for you guys. And then I can start to update this thing daily instead of catching up on the past week. See ya'll tomorrow.--Nimbus Nutrition --

March 19th - Day 7
Song of the day
One Week Later
Day 1 Weigh in: 196
Day 7 Weigh in: 189.5
- Well that is one succesfull first week if I do say so myself. I am going to say that Day 1 was a day after I came back from spring break so there is bound to be a good amount of bloating, etc. etc. there so that would add up to about 6 lbs. I know prior to spring break I weighed in at 192.
How I have been dosing:
-On weekdays I wait until about 11:30 to take my first dose. I follow a somewhat IF diet scheme where i dont eat until about 1:00 PM and stop eating around 9/10. I take my second dose post-dinner so I have energy for the rest of the night to do homework.
Opinions thus far
- Energy - For energy this product has been perfect for what I look for in a fat burner. Its a good pick me up, not too over powerful like an EC stack or something of that caliber, and sustained for a good 3 - 5 hours.
- Focus/Mental Clarity - This part of the product is great. It really rivals SNS Focus XT in my opinion and keeps me clear minded. Usually after a solid workout my body is tired, its hard to get my mind in the right place and focus. If i take one of these bad guys I am in a productive mindset and allows me to really power through my studies and focus in the classroom.
- Fat burning - It is far to early to comment on this but 6 lbs in the first week is no joke. Lets see if I can keep this up on week two.
Workout
- so today was an off day and my first day incorporating direct cardio that isn't just basketball.
Did 10 minutes of uphill walking at about 3.8 mph and 10-18 % incline. Then cooled down for two minutes and ended with 3 minute run at about 4% incline and 7.4 mph. Ended with two sets of kettebell swings, cable ab crunches, and some bicep work.
Tomorrow will be my chest day. Looking forward to it.--Nimbus Nutrition --

I haven't posted on BB forums in awhile and have been looking to get back to training...gained 20 pounds, lost probably 20% strength over 6 months...not cool.
I'm subbing to this log because the guys at Cellucor are SUPER cool and they go out of their way to make their customers satisfied. Thanks for this!RMFTOTA! Living in a Saban nation!!
"Until you're deadlifting twice your bodyweight for reps, can squat four wheels, and bench more than 300 pounds, don't worry about making your biceps pop. Day 8
Song of the Day
Odd Future Tape Volume 2 dropped today so with that being exciting here is a song off their tape
Workout today: Bench day week 2
Flat BB Bench Press - 185 x 5 - 205 x 3 - 230 x 5
Wide Grip Flat BB Bench Press - 135 x 10 x 2 sets
Floor Press - 155 x 10 x 3 sets
Incline DB - 8-10 reps x 3 sets
Pull Ups - AMRAP 4 sets

Side Effects that I have been feeling from Super-HD. It isn't often but sometimes after my first dose of the day I can have some sort of stomach discomfort, really dry cotton mouth, and oh of course...insane focus =p.
Off day tomorrow and I have an Organic Chemistry & a Biochemistry test on Friday so mostlikely wont hit the gym tomorrow for any cardio or the likes.--Nimbus Nutrition --

Day 9 & 10
- So yesterday I managed to get some pick up soccer in my busy schedule. Weather was beautiful and I had some great energy from Super HD. I was lookign to see if taking that and then playing out in the sun would dehydrate me as much as usual fat burners do. To my surprise i felt great and didnt really experience any of that. Then later that night I got about a half an hour of ping pong (yes ping pong) in. At my school a good amount of us are actually really good and leaves us like dripping in sweat so that coutns for something aha.
- Today I am not getting much in because I have two exams tomorrow and will most likely end up being up real late. But tomorrow will be my deadlift day and then saturday my military press day. Kind of excited to weigh in again Monday to see if i can keep up the pace. Will probably do some more pics as well!

March 23rd
So i ended up getting about 3 hours of sleep. That organic chemistry test had people literally crying when they left the classroom haha. I think I did pretty well so we will see what happens. Ended up playing a little bit of soccer after some napping. Not going to the gym today.--Nimbus Nutrition --

March 25th
Song of the Day
Been in this funk the past two days with stomach pains, feel crappy, head is cloudy, low energy. Not one to let that hold me back (which i know isnt always the smartest thing) so I went to the gym anyways
OvearHead Press - 95 x 3 - 110 x 3 - 120 x 8
Face pulls 3 sets
DB Military press 3 sets
Pull ups 4 sets
Bicep work
- realizing i need to get some more direct shoulder/delt/whatever work in there instead of pull ups and what not. Will plan for that during next 4 week cycle.--Nimbus Nutrition --

March 26th
So today was weigh in day. Unfortunately i was not surprised with the results but I still weighed in at 189.5.
Reasons/Excuses - 1) didnt have time at all this past week to do cardio and/or play basketball. I only played some small field pick up soccer for an hour or two.
2) very limited sleep all week. Bout 6 hours each day and then thursday into friday got about 3 hours of sleep so that was a killer.
This week I have a lot of open time to hit the gym, do cardio, and play some baksketball so am looking forward to really kill it. Also i will be dosing 3 x a day for the next 6 days then slowly getting off of super HD for the last week.
Workout today was bench. Which I know I probably shouldnt do directly after shoulder day but the schedule kind of made me.
Flat BB Bench - 180 x 3 - 205 x 3 - 230 x 4 (was feeling tired on the last set dont know why)
Incline DB 3 sets
Floor Press 3 sets
Flys 2 sets
Push ups 2 sets
Tricep Work
I will be going back to the gym later tonight around 10 to do about 20 mintues of cardio, 10 mintues of abs, then 20-30 minutes of shoot around with a buddy. I intend to do about 30 minutes of cardio tomorrow as well with some shooting around. I have a basketball game Thursday and this weekend is my weekend to stay in, do homework, and get some good alone time in the gym to shoot around and relax. Expect some big things out of this week.--Nimbus Nutrition --

So this is for March 27th and March 28th.
On the 27th I got a solid hour and a half of straight basketball in. Great cardio, was dripping sweats, legs were beat. I am starting to get quicker and jump a little higher now that I have been able to play basketball this year and get cardio in.
Then today I did my sets of squats and didnt do the whole workout due to fatigue from basketball the past couple of days and because I have an intramural game tomorrowt hat I need to have my legs for aha.
So I did
Squats - 3 x 225 3 x 255 and 4 x 295
Then did 2 sets of 10 at 135 focusing on speed, form, and acceleration out of the hole. Then got in my abs that I havent been able to get to for about 3 days. I'll be able to get some more basketball in tomorrow then Friday will be bench, saturday deadlift, and monday press day. We should have some great results for weight! Been getting complements on losing some weight from friends saying my abs are coming back so is kinda a motivation boost.--Nimbus Nutrition --

March 29th & March 30th
Yesterday we had our basketball game for intramurals so I didn't lift. Went an hour early warming up, etc. etc. and played. came out with the W and remain undefeated woot woot. Some good cardio, there is only five of us on the team forcing us all to get the most amount of playing time, running, etc. in.
Today I already got my bench day in. This is week 3 of the 4/3/1 and tried to go hard today seeing how next week is deload.
Flat Bench BB Press 195 x 5 - 215 x 3 - 240 x 5 - 155 x 10 - 155 x 10
Floor Press - 6- 10 reps x 3 sets at 185
Incline DB Press - 4 - 6 reps x 3 sets 85 lb DB's
Pull ups + Skull Crushers AMRAP x 3 sets
Reverse Tri press downs + cable press down + Lat pull downs 3 sets each.
I am going to grab dinner soon and then about an hour after I am going to go and do some LISS cardio on the bike while reading some papers. Try to get about a half an hour in then go and do some abs.
I have to say I was afraid that 3 pills a day was going to leave me stimmed out much like EC does but I am just on a higher level of focus, continued energy, zero crash, and mental clarity. Really loving the product right now and wouldn't mind having another bottle just to be able to keep and use whenever i needa do homework aha Super HD > Coffee.
tomorrow is Deadlift day so...till then!--Nimbus Nutrition --

April 2nd
Weigh in 187.5! Another 2 lbs down the drain sorta speak
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS -8lbs in 3 weeks.
This day and April 3rd are just off days for me. I played basketball each night for about hour and a half - 2 hours. Then I go downstairs to the gym and hit a little bit of abs.
This week is my week of getting slowly off super HD so have been keeping myself to one super HD a day and a cup of coffee. Slowly weening off of it but still works great!.
Today is the 4th and it is our first playoff game for basketball. We are the 4th seed out of the 36 teams that made the playoffs out of the 60 teams in the league! Hoping to kick some ass. Will probably go an hour early, stretch, warm up, shoot around, etc. Tomorrow will be my squat day so hopefully i can bang that out!--Nimbus Nutrition --

Its all good man. I got about 6 days left at one cap a day and this is my deload week. I'll probably do my deload percentages for 5/3/1 and one heavy single then chose one accessory excercise and do about two/three sets then just do my cardio and abs. Everything has been going great thus far and really liking Cellucor. Can't wait to try some other ones.

We won our intramural game last night! Now we are 6-0 and into the second round of the playoffs yeah yeahhhh. But I am super sore today and sleep was awful last night. To get to my workout today i napped for like 45 minutes and took my Super HD to get me going. The workout itself went very well
Squats 240 x 5 - 270 x 3 - 305 x 2 - 135 x 10 x 2
Leg Press 3 sets of 4-6 reps
Standing Calf Raises 3 sets of 18-20 reps
Leg Extensions 3 sets of 8-12
Leg Curls 3 sets of 8-12
Abs
All in all i am looking a little leaner and loving it. Despite already being at 3 caps a day and building up tolerance this one cap really still gets me in the zone which is fantastic. To keep me going during the day untill and/or after my 1 cap I sipp on a little coffee and dont get over 1-2 cups. Loving it.--Nimbus Nutrition --

Also, looking to take in some insight. I am building a nice stack for this summer. Most likely the second half of summer. I am using X-Factor as my base product because it worked wonderfully last summer. I just picked up DCP because it was a deal for 30 bucks and am looking at either doing Bioforge + Testfactor (1 bottle each) orrrrrr....... INSERT YOUR IDEAS HERE. Let me know what you guys think!

No problem my man its my pleasure. And i understand the hecticness. If you haven't figured it out i update every 2 or 3 days because i simply just dont have time to sit and update with our types of majors. Right now I literally have like 200 bucks to my name and still need to pick up some snorkle gear as well keep spending money for my Marine Microbiology class to Austrailia so I am trying to figure it out. Regardless, I am logging what ever I do for this summer as well as whatever Mike has up his sleeves! I appreciate the support though and im in on Black Ops over at nation.cellucor. Care to explain what I can/should be doing as of right now?

So the gym is closed tomorrow for easter so I squeezed in both my workouts in today and kept it simple.
Deadlifts - 135 x 5 - 185 x 5 - 205 x 5 - 275 x 1 - 315 x 1
Overhead Press - 45 x 5 - 85 x 5 105 x 5 135 x 1
Bicep work
Delt work
Shrugs 3 sets of 10
Abs.
Then i got to have some solid pick up soccer with my buddy and some randoms. Went well and got some quality cardio in. Trying to take it easy on the food tomorrow but we will see what happens. Thank god I have a bottle of slin-sane and berberine HCL at my disposal lol. I am trying to see what I am going to do after this log. Still trying to lose some weight and keep cutting down but we will see what happens!
Couple more days till final weigh in and before/afters.--Nimbus Nutrition --

Then about 6 hours later

Close Grip Flat Bench - 185 x 12 - 185 x 10 - 185 x 10

All in all amazing day and workout. Got a lot of hw done and a lot of work in the gym! ONLY 2 MORE DAYS LEFT IN THIS LOG. I feel like it has gone by so fast. So, when the day after my last day I will have pics and a weigh in!
Tonight is the second round of my intramural basketball playoffs at 10 so probably guna get some stretchin and shooting around for a half hour in now and then in 2 hours go to my game.--Nimbus Nutrition --
