Im looking for a new pre

i used pump bol and loved it but i cant find it anywhere, so im looking for a new one. i would prefer 1 without caffine. I was thinking of either ultima, or hemavol. what do u guys think, suggest? thanks

I would def both up both: Hemavol and Ultima.

You can also look into SAN CM2 and MAN Body Octane for other great stim free options

if looking for a pre without caffeine i would recommend Ultima or BodyForge.

I've cycled through Jack3d (or Craze) with Universal Creatine and Animal M-Stak for a while now. I've always had a pretty good pump on that.

I would go with Ultima and take that for awhile and then add Hemavol later. I've used both stacked for a week, short time I know, but my endurance was great and strength was good as well. Note, I'm taking Hemavol "pills" which I'm not sure I'm getting the effects everyone claims of this monster pumps they are getting with the "powder." I would add a creatine if you chose Hemavol.

Got a sample of labrada stim force that just came out. Took it today major pump/focus and has no caffeine. Highly recommend it.

Everybody seems to overlook it sadly. I heard they could be re-formulating it.. don't know how I feel about that. Besides the strong arginine, the profile is top-notch. 40 true one scoop servings. The best pre-workout that nobody is talking about and imo it might be the best pre-workout period.

It's completely up to you, you could even sip on the Green Mag intra cuz it tastes soo good

Try it out the various ways and see which you prefer.

do the green mag and hemavol taste good together? or better seperate? i havent had either before. They should both be arrriveing tomorrow. also what should i do with my regular crepure? when should i take that? i think green mag has enough creatine in it that i wouldnt need to add my creatine mono to anything on the days im taking the green mag. if some1 could simplify it for me i would really appreciate it. the only supps i use daily are my multi, fish oil, ecgc, whey protein, and creapure creatine mono, and i usually add that to my protein shake post work out. Not sure about the hemavol and green mag. all i know is that the hemavol is a pre, and that is why i bought it, also for the pumps, and great reviews it has gotten! REPS for bros that can help here. Thanks !

i just got my hemavol and green mag today, pretty excited to try them out, gonna hit the gym soon. what do you guys think, should i mix em, take em seperatly, or just hemavol pre, and green mag post? lemme know what u guys think works best. 1st time useing either of these supplements. THANKS
